I’ve taken inspiration from Wallstreet Journal’s monthly magazine to create this blog post. Every month, WSJ features a new celebrity and fun facts about their smartphones. Today, I am writing about Barbara “Babs” Colaciello, her smartphone, and how her son has helped her keep up with the times.

What kind of phone do you have?

I have a new iPhone 10. I had an 8 but I dropped it from a balcony at a concert. It still worked but it was time for a new one. It is a mystery to me that my flashlight goes on. It keeps taking screenshots. I don’t know why.

What does your case look like?

Red. I like red. If I can do a color, I’ll do a color.

How many unopened voicemails do you have?

None. I listen to all of my voicemails. I like talking on the phone.
