2023 High School Winter Retreat

All 9th-12th grade students are invited to attend our 2023 Winter Retreat in Montreat, NC! This is an awesome opportunity to connect with other students, spend time in God’s beautiful creation, and rest in preparation for the end of the school year. Registrations open on August 31st at noon. Please take note of our updated refund policy below before registering.

Dates: February 17th-20th
Cost: $300 ($150 deposit due at registration)

Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable except in extreme circumstances. Refunds will be considered only if (1) The participant’s spot is filled by another participant on the waitlist, (2) There is a medical illness precluding a participant from attending the event per a doctor’s recommendation (note required), or (3) A death of a family member. Notwithstanding, Christ Episcopal Church will not refund any fees which cannot be retrieved from third-party vendors. If fees are incurred for the waitlisted participant (such as airline transfer fees), the canceling participant’s refund (if any) will be adjusted to cover those fees.
