“Truly I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes Him who sent me has eternal life.  He does not come into judgment but has passed from death to life.”  John 5:24.  

While we would all probably agree that these words from John’s Gospel are spiritually-comforting, we all, if we are honest with ourselves, generally avoid the thought of our inevitable passing.  Christ-Centered Advance Care Planning is an effort focused on ensuring that the uncertainties that occur in the lives of many people at the time of their passing do not have to occur in your life.

It is about learning what those uncertainties include, dealing with them proactively, and communicating your decisions and wishes to your loved ones.  Many of you may have already made and communicated your decisions and wishes to your loved ones.  However, few, if any of us, have thought through and done all of it. Those who attend this workshop will receive a copy of the Christ-Centered Advance Care Planning Workbook and assigned an experienced resource who can help with this important work.
