Sacred Patterns: Why Anglican Worship Moves the Soul (100)
Join Rev. Andreis Diaz, Dr. Rachel Root, and Mr. Ian Bula for a thoughtful, engaging introduction to the rhythms, symbols, and theology of Anglican Episcopal worship. This class will deepen your appreciation for the liturgy—why we stand, kneel, sing, confess, and celebrate the Eucharist as we do. Discover how our worship shapes our faith, tells our story, and connects us to something greater. This group meets in Room 106.

Men's Bible Study (100)
This clergy-led group meets weekly on Friday mornings at 7:00 am in the Dining Hall to discuss Scripture and enjoy a great breakfast. All men are welcome.
Soulful MOMS (100)

TRUE: Transforming Racial Understanding & Engagement (100)
Meets throughout the year The Episcopal Church encourages congregations across the country to pursue a deeper understanding of race in America, and with that understanding to engage in the ministry of racial healing. Using films, books and grace-filled conversation, TRUE (formerly known as "Facing Racism") gathers for this holy work. All are welcome.

Led by Ftr. Tom and Mtr. Amy, this class will focus on how grandparents can intentionally support their grandchildren with grace and love. December 7th and 14th.
Positive Parenting (200)
Guided conversations around Christian parenting. Led by Dr. Amy Hardman, MD, and child therapist Vivian Pinner, M.Ed., LMHC, NCC, this class will focus on simple strategies to build a lifetime of adaptability and emotional resilience from Raising a Kid Who Can by Catherine McCarthy, MD, Heather Tedesco, PhD, and Jennifer Weaver, LCSW.

Dr Amy Hardman has over 20 years’ experience as a pediatrician ranging from private practice at Carithers Pediatrics, to Medical Director at the Bower Lyman Center for Medically Complex Children to Vice President of Health Services at the Sulzbacher Center. Vivian Pinner, M. Ed, LMHC, NCC, has 25 years of experience as a therapist, her career has expanded to include teaching, school administration, and serving as a Principal pre-k-12 and is the author of two therapeutic children’s books.

Excavating the Bible: How Archaeology & Historical Texts Can Help Us Interpret the Bible

This year we will explore what ancient historical records and archaeological finds can tell us about ancient Israel, the people who lived there, and their understanding of God. By combining our understanding of archaeology, history, and the similarities & differences in the various versions of the Biblical stories, we will be better equipped to understand and interpret our ancient and sacred scripture.

300-Level Courses

Community of Hope International (300)
COHI is a training ground for people to become holy listeners for individuals and groups in our community. The 11 week training prepares us to serve in creative ways and in a variety of settings. Classes will start in January and run for 12 weeks.

Cursillo (300)
Cursillo is an adult renewal ministry and community of the Episcopal church, which begins with a three-day retreat, of learning, sharing, and the inspirational experience of living in a Christian community. Registration is required.

In a weekly small group setting, Education for Ministry leads participants through four years of study, covering major areas of theological education. Registration is required.

The Marriage Course (300)
The Marriage Course runs over seven sessions. Each session begins with sharing dinner as a couple, followed by a fun, insightful talk by Father Tom and DeeAnn Reeder. The talks cover topics like strengthening communication, resolving conflict and love in action. In short? Your marriage. But better. Registration is required.
