Join us Sunday
With open hearts and minds, we welcome and respect everyone, whatever your point in life, background or place on your spiritual journey. It is the Good News of Christ’s love that brings us together. Christ Church is a loving, affirming place where you can explore and grow in your faith through worship, prayer, study, service and fellowship.
We offer many options for worship: morning, afternoon and weekday. traditional and contemporary. Online. In Spanish.
Visiting for the first time? We’d love to get to know you! Please feel free to drop by the dining room for breakfast after the 9:00 service, or contact Parish Life Administrator, The Rev. Deacon Leila Quinlan at (904) 285-7390 ext. 223 so we can get better acquainted!
Parking
You may park in the garage from the San Juan Drive entrance or in the surface lot adjacent to the campus from Golf View Circle. Our friendly greeters can help you find your way to the service of your choice: in the Main Sanctuary for our traditional services and upstairs in the Contemporary Worship Space for our Jordan and Spanish services. The Cooper Chapel is located on the Solana Road side of campus.
Handicap parking and special needs parking is located in both of the aforementioned areas as well as in the circle by the Sanctuary on Solana Road.

What about my little kids?
We welcome children of all ages in any of our services! You may pick up a coloring page and crayons as you enter the service. There is a family room located at the back of the Main Sanctuary should you find you need a little more space. In the Contemporary Worship Space, there is a comfortable area with pillows, books, and a large scroll of paper for the kids to color if they wish. Nursery care is available from 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
What's next?
You'll be welcomed and handed a bulletin by one of our friendly greeters. The bulletin contains the order of service (everything you need to know to follow along) and announcements. You are welcome to sit wherever you are comfortable!

What is passing the peace?
The priest will ask everyone to stand, and then will say, "The peace of the Lord be always with you." The congregation responds, "And also with you." At this point, you'll see people greet each other with a handshake, a hug, a wave, or however they feel comfortable. It is a way to greet each other in peace.
How can I make a gift?
Ushers will pass baskets through the pews or chairs after announcements. Please don't feel obligated to give, but if you wish, you may place cash or check in the baskets as they move through the aisles. If you prefer to donate online, a QR code will be available in the bulletin.
How does communion work?
Here at Christ Church, we believe that the Lord's table is open to everyone, including children. You are welcome to come forward as the usher moves through the rows and receive the bread and wine. If you prefer to not take communion, you may cross your arms and receive a blessing instead. Or, you are welcome to remain seated.
Do you have coffee?
Yes! A coffee setup is available in the courtyard, and several stations are located around the campus. And we'll do you one better... we also have delicious, hot breakfast available all morning in the Dining Hall!
