Children’s Christian Formation
We believe nurturing the spiritual development of our children is as crucial as their physical and mental growth. Our goal is to honor each child’s unique experience of God and provide them with tools to explore their faith. Our Children’s Formation classes, for ages three through fifth grade, meet most Sundays beginning September 8, 2024 – May 18, 2025 from 10:15 – 11:00 a.m. on the second floor of the Formation + Arts Building. Children are welcome to join at any time during the year.
Join Our Leadership Team
Serving in Children’s Ministry can be a fulfilling spiritual practice that deepens your faith. We currently have openings for adults and high school students on our leadership team. We provide curriculum, training, and all necessary supplies. If interested, please contact Amy Schmitt.

Rising 6th graders are invited to join the Youth Forum, which takes place in the dining room during the summer months.
Love First Vacation Bible School
Each summer, Christ Church hosts a unique week of Vacation Bible School called Love First. At Love First VBS, children learn that:
- All people are lovable in the eyes of God, no exceptions (Love Self).
- We are called to love and care for people in need (Love Neighbor).
- We can see and feel God’s love in our lives (Love God).
Through Bible stories, games, crafts, and music, children explore their faith and connect with one another. This inspiring week is made possible by our dedicated youth and adult volunteers.
